Therapist Level (EPT/C)

The therapist level represents a professional who can provide “Experiential Play Therapy” ™.  This person has completed a minimum of thirty hours (15 individual and 15 group) of video reviewed supervision by an EPT Supervisor or Diplomate within the thirty-five hours of supervision required for the RPT (The Association for Play Therapy designation) status. These thirty hours may be received during individual supervision, case consultation groups, an intensive training experience presented by an EPT Supervisor or Diplomate, or any combination of the above.  At this level, the professional has completed the requirements for the RPT (APT designation) and is recognized by the endorsement of EPT/C and maintains this status with a focus in EPT.  In order to maintain their EPT/C designation, the person is required to maintain six hours of appropriate continuing education every three years.  These six hours of continuing education must be provided by an EPT Supervisor or Diplomate.

Full participation in an Intensive Training

This portion of the program covers 41 academic hours of more advanced concepts in EPT, 10 hours of individual supervision, 10 hours of play therapy and 46 hours of group supervision.

The cost for this portion of the training is $2000.00 ($1000 for all the webinars and Intensive observation, and $1000 for full participation in an intensive)
